Why email process only runs at a certain time period?

The Email Connection is designed to run automatically at scheduled intervals based on your subscription plan. Instead of checking your inbox continuously, the system processes new emails according to the frequency included in your monthly plan.

How it works

When a new email is received, it is not processed immediately. Instead, it is placed in a queue and will be processed during the next scheduled run.
For example:

  • If your email connection is scheduled to run every hour and a new email arrives 10 minutes after the previous run, it will remain in the queue until the next hourly run.
  • Once the scheduled time is reached, the queued email will be processed automatically.

How to check the schedule

You can view the processing schedule in the Activity Log, which displays:

  • Previous Run Time – The last time the email connection was executed.
  • Next Run Time – When the next automatic processing is scheduled.

If you're expecting to run immediately, can click on Force start process.

The processing frequency depends on your current subscription plan. Higher-tier plans may have shorter processing intervals.
