Why email process only runs at a certain time period?

The email connection method is set to run every X hours according to the monthly subscription plan.

Basic Plan - process every 24 hours
Pro Plan - process every 8 hours
Enterprise Plan - process every 6 hours

To know the waiting period, refer to the feed detail page (below image). When it's reached time, the email will be in a queue.
