There are a few settings for this field which are:

1. Price Condition / Rule (Markup)

Price condition / tier pricing is used to add markup or margin to a product's price. The price condition can add a markdown if used for sales.

||| The priority sequence for pricing will be as follows: price conversion > price condition > price rounding ||| For the price conditions will be evaluated from the top down, with higher priority given to conditions listed first. Any general rules as any should be placed at the end.

i. The Price Conditions take effect according to the arrangement. The first conditions have the highest priority. You can move it by using the arrow beside it according to your needs.

What is Matching Column ?

Matching Column is a step of matching the feed file columns to the store's product fields.

What are the store's product fields?

These are the fields that are available in the store that can added/updated/exported.

What are feed file columns?

The columns that are available in the feed file that is provided by supplier or drop shipper. Match these columns to the store's product fields to update or add. It can be column index or column name.
The Matching Column is the same for all file formats except for JSON and XML format.

Variant Group & Variant Option Field (Product Options)

How to use the Variant Group field? (✔️ Add )

Variant Group is NOT a compulsory field. It supports multiple columns. For example, you can scroll to the last part and refer.
A variant group is made to manage a group of products that are together under the same name and that will have several common attributes but some variation.

The above example contains clothes in different sizes and quantities. But products with the same Var ID can be assigned to the Variant Group and Variant Option as Size. So, it can be listed as a single product.

There is only available one setting in this field which is:

1. Auto sort

It will sort out the variant group before importing. When unable the toggle button will not sort out the variant group.

2. Merge variants into existing products

When the toggle is on, it will merge variants with existing products, and you need to select the same group for the merging process.

Shopify store (require Stock Sync app)

|| Please note that you must create a feed within the receiving store to synchronize new products and inventory between the main store and the sub-store. It will sync between two Shopify stores.

||| Store-to-store metafields are supported. Enable auto create a new metafield definition if not found to map missing metafields from the main store. This process runs once. Afterward, map the desired metafield to the appropriate namespace.key to update the substore with the corresponding value from the main store. ||| ||| Learn more about custom metafields here.

Ensure that both the DropShipper Store and your store installed syncX: Stock Sync.
Ask the dropshipper to install Stock Sync to provide stock information on their store. They don’t need to subscribe to paid plans; the Free plan is always optional.

Once installed, let them know so they can provide you with a Public Token from the Manage Account section.
