Does Stock Sync updates product in fulfilment or 3rd party app locations?

Yes, Stock Sync updates both the inventory and the fulfillment location. However, for fulfillment, it selects the location where inventory is marked as true (i.e., inventory is set to "true"). If no inventory is true at any location, the fulfillment location will appear greyed out and cannot be selected.

For example: In the feed, you should select the location you want to update via Quantity Field > Smart Settings > Inventory Location. So, the location that displays it can be updated through syncX: Stock Sync. Those greyed out can't be updated.
