What to check:
- Confirm that the store is still within the 14-day free trial by checking the dashboard.
- Review the feed setup to ensure the number of feeds and sync attempts are within the trial limits.
- Refresh the page and rerun the feed, or re-upload the feed file if applicable.
If the issue continues:
- Contact the support team with the store name and feed details.
- A human support agent will follow up via email within 12–24 hours.
