How does On Hand and Quantity work?



Scenario 1 is based on the availability of items in store, including unavailable, available, and on-hand values.
When it's mapped to on-hand quantity, the value will update to 24, and the available quantity will become 11. This is because On Hand Quantity = Unavailable Quantity + Available Quantity
When it's mapped to available quantity, the value will update to 32, and the on hand quantity will become 45. This is because On Hand Quantity = Unavailable Quantity + Available Quantity



Scenario 2 is based on the availability of items in store, including available and on-hand values.
When it's mapped to on-hand quantity, the value will update to 24, and the available quantity will also become 24. This is because Unavailable Quantity and Commited is not there.
When it's mapped to available quantity, the value will update to 32, and the on hand quantity will also become 32. This is because Unavailable Quantity and Commited is not there.



Scenario 3 is based on the availability of items in store, including available, commited, unavailable and on-hand values.
When it's mapped to on-hand quantity, the value will update to 24, and the available quantity will become 17. This is because On Hand Quantity - Commited - Unavailable Quantity = Available Quantity
When it's mapped to Available Quantity, the value will update to 32, and the on hand quantity will become 39. This is because Available Quantity + Commited + Unavailable Quantity = On Hand Quantity
