How to Create an XML Feed in syncX: Stock Sync?

Step 1: Set up a new feed


Go to the Stock Sync dashboard.

Click on Create New Feed.


Step 2: Choose the feed type


Select the feed type based on your requirements:

  • Add - to add new products
  • Update - to update existing products


Step 3: Choose the connection type


Select where the XML file is hosted.

Supported XML connection types includes:

  • Download URL
  • FTP / SFTP
  • Other supported sources


Step 4: Select the file format


  • In the File Format section, choose XML.
  • This tells Stock Sync to read and process the file as an XML feed.
