How to export inventory from one Shopify store to another?

Issue:

Need to export inventory from one Shopify store to another.

Explanation:

Stock Sync does not export products directly from one store into another. Instead, inventory is transferred by importing data into the destination store using a Shopify Store connection.

How to sync inventory between two Shopify stores:
  1. Install syncX: Stock Sync on both Shopify stores.
  2. In the source (sender) store, copy the Public Token from Manage Account.
  3. In the destination (receiver) store, create a new feed.
  4. Select Shopify Store (requires Stock Sync app) as the connection type.
  5. Enter the Public Token from the source store.
  6. Map the required inventory fields (e.g. Quantity).
  7. Run the feed to import and update inventory in the destination store.

Optional setting:
  • Disable Auto Publish in the feed settings if products should be imported as Drafts instead of being published immediately.

Note:
  • Products are not sent directly between stores.
  • All transfers are handled by importing data into the destination store using the Shopify Store connection and Public Token.
