I keep getting the error: "limit of 250 media per product reached"
When adding or updating new images, it's important to ensure that you only upload 250 media per product due to Shopify limitations, which include images, videos, and 3D models.
This error occurs when more than 250 media files are uploaded per product, including images, videos, and 3D models. This error will be recorded in the Changes Log file with a message similar to:
limit of 250 media per product reached
If Product A has 248 media, you can add 2 new images, but if your feed file includes 3 additional new images, it will surpass the limit, and you will encounter an error when attempting to update. In this case, you can remove the excess media and then proceed with the update.
