Available on: ✔️ Add ✔️ Update ✔️ Export

The published (variant) field is mapped to publish or unpublish specific column names or indexes from Shopify Store publishing.

There are a few settings for this field, which are:

1. Publish (variant)

Publish (variant) value indicator is for the show, publish, and back-in-stock. The value of 1 is inclusive of 1 and numbers greater than 1. By default, it is set to true.

You can provide any indicator to indicate the given field. The product to be published must have a quantity greater than 1.

2. Unpublish (variant)

The unpublished value indicator will not be unpublished if the quantity is still available unless force unpublished is enabled. By default, it is using false.

You can provide any indicator to indicate the given field. In order to unpublish a product, its quantity must be set to 0 unless you enable the force unpublished option.

3. Force unpublished when quality is still available

By enabling the toggle icon, it will automatically be unpublished when the quantity is still available in the feed file.

Other examples:i. If your cell is empty, you can use the value indicator to replace the empty cell.ii. It will auto-set the product as published or unpublished based on the quantity available. This is a granular feature compared to the auto publish all products or matching products within feed file.iii. You also can use 0, hide, unpublish, and out-of-stock as the value indicator.

4. Edit sales channel for publish

Select the sales channel you would like to publish to, to avoid publishing to all sales channels.
