If the feed file doesn't have any column as a Tax code and want to apply all the tax code as similar for all your products. You can use fixed value to set it. But please get it from this list.
You can find the full list of tax codes here. The feed file value of tax code must use this value to include it.
There is a setting for this field which is:
When enable this option, it will skip the update when the feed value its blank. By default its enable the option.
For example: To skip the update for products with feed value blank can enable this option.
