What does XX% updated means?
The percentage count shows a matching variant between the source feed file and Shopify Store, thus if there are only variants of the store in the file and not other SKUs, it will be 100%.
This means if only 100 variants in the file match with the store, then it will be 100/0 > 100%.
If you apply the filter to the feed, then the total variant will differ. For example, some feeds will have a different amount of total variants. Thus, it will show the percentage matched based on the new total.
You can also download the Not In Feed log.
Please go to See more activity history and click Not In Feed, this will download the list of SKUs that are unmatched. You can then remove the variants and try to update and see the result.
