Delete Archived Products

The Delete Archived Products feature allows you to permanently remove products that are currently archived from your Shopify store.

This is useful when you have old, discontinued, or unwanted products that are no longer needed and want to permanently delete them instead of keeping them in your archived products.

1. Go to Create new feed > Remove.
2. Select the Delete Archived Products template.
3. Click Next to continue.
4. Configure the Store Product Filters to select which archived products should be deleted.
5. Review the products that match your filters.
6. Click Finish to complete the setup.
7. Run the feed to permanently delete the matching archived products from your Shopify store.

You can use Store Product Filters to control which archived products are deleted.
For example, you can filter products by:

• SKU
• Vendor
• Product type
• Tags
• Title

Using filters is recommended when you only want to delete a specific group of archived products.

Important Notes

• Only archived products that match the configured filters will be deleted.
• Active products are not deleted by this feed.
• If you only want to hide products from your storefront while keeping them in Shopify, use Step 4: Advanced Settings, can select Archive instead of permanently deleting them.
• If you want to automatically archive or delete products when they disappear from a supplier feed, use Auto Clear Discontinued instead.
