How can I archive existing products that are not in the feed?

To archive products that exist in your store but are no longer present in your supplier feed, you need to use a Remove Feed (Auto Clear Discontinued) linked to your Update Feed. The Remove Feed checks which products are missing from the Update Feed and archives them based on your settings.

Steps:
• Open your Update Feed and check the “Not in Feed” or “Unmatched Variants” log to see which items are missing.
• Click “Setup here” under Auto Clear Discontinued to create a linked Remove Feed.
• In Advanced Settings, select “Archive products.”
• Make sure Partial Match is disabled if you want to archive only when all variants of a product are missing.

Variant‑level archiving is not supported. Variants missing from the feed can only be set to quantity 0 using the Out‑of‑Stock Strategy; archiving applies at the product level.

If you receive products from multiple suppliers or multiple update feeds, use a Store Product Filter (such as Vendor or Tag) inside the Remove Feed to ensure that only products belonging to that specific supplier are considered for archiving. You can also add a static tag in feed mapping to label products for filtering.
