How can I set up feeds for inventory management using Stock Sync?
You can manage inventory using Stock Sync by creating one or more feeds depending on your workflow. For supplier files, create an "Update Existing Products" feed and map your SKU and quantity fields. You can also use Smart Settings to apply rules, such as skipping updates when stock is below a threshold or adjusting values. For pricing, apply calculations directly within field mapping.
For complex setups like combining multiple supplier stocks, create multiple feeds with different update modes (Overwrite or Add) and apply math modifiers.
To add another Shopify inventory feed, first increase the feed limit under Billing > Manage Plan. In the custom section, adjust the feed limit as needed, then create a new update feed using the Shopify Store connection. Enter the public token from the Shopify store that provides the inventory.
When synchronizing Shopify stores by SKU and updating quantity only, map SKU as the identifier and map the Quantity field. Remove all other field mappings so product prices and other fields are not updated.
Real-time Sync can keep stores aligned in real time, but works one way unless you create a second feed in the opposite direction.
