How do I cancel my Stock Sync subscription from Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce?
Shopify
You have two options to cancel your subscription with Stock Sync:
Option 1: Downgrade to Free Plan
- Select syncX: Stock Sync
- Navigate to the Billing > Manage plan section in the sidebar of the Stock Sync dashboard.
- Select the option to downgrade to the Free plan.
Option 2: Remove Stock Sync from Your Store
- Go to your Shopify store dashboard.
- In the left-hand panel, click on Settings.

- Click on Apps and Sales Channels.

- Search for Stock Sync. Once found, click on Uninstall.
- Please share your feedback upon uninstalling so Stock Sync can continue improving.
Important note: If an invoice has already been issued by Shopify before you downgrade or uninstall, that charge may still appear. After the downgrade or uninstall is completed, no further charges will occur. Also, if a payment does not go through successfully, access to the plan may be revoked immediately unless you re‑subscribe.
BigCommerce
There are two methods to cancel your subscription with syncX: Stock Sync:
Option 1: Downgrade to Free Plan
- Select syncX: Stock Sync.
- In the sidebar, click Manage plan.
- Choose the Free plan to downgrade your subscription.
Option 2: Remove Stock Sync from Your Store

- Open your BigCommerce store dashboard.
- In the left panel, navigate to Apps > My Apps.
- Locate syncX: Stock Sync, click the three-dot menu next to it.
- Select Uninstall to remove the app from your store.
- Kindly provide your feedback during the uninstall process so we can improve Stock Sync.
WooCommerce
If you no longer wish to use syncX: Stock Sync with WooCommerce, you have two ways to cancel your subscription:
Option 1: Downgrade to Free Plan
- Go to Apps > syncX: Stock Sync.
- Click on Manage Plan in the sidebar.
- Choose the Free Plan option to downgrade.
This will cancel your paid subscription but retain limited access to the app.
Option 2: Remove Stock Sync from Your Store
Note: For Shopify, uninstalling the app automatically cancels your subscription and stops future billing.
If you wish to fully remove the app:
- Contact us to remove.
- Request removal of syncX: Stock Sync from your WooCommerce store.
This will deactivate the app entirely and stop all sync operations.
