How do I change settings for existing quantity in my product feed?

To control how Stock Sync updates existing quantities, you can adjust the quantity mapping and settings in your feed.

• If you do NOT want Stock Sync to change your store quantity, remove the Quantity field from the mapping. The feed will then update product info but leave existing stock levels untouched.

• If your quantities are not updating as expected, check the Quantity setting:

– "Overwrite existing quantity" will replace the store quantity with the feed quantity (including zero).

– "Only deduct from existing quantity (-)" will reduce stock but never increase it or set it to zero. For example, if the feed quantity is 0 but the store has 6, the store will remain at 6.

• If some items are not updating because they appear out of stock, check whether "Skip product(s) with zero quantity" is enabled. Disable it if you want zero‑quantity items to update.

Adjust these settings in your Update Feed under the Quantity field configuration to match your intended behavior.
