How do I contact the supplier for API access problems?

If your API connection suddenly stops working or returns errors such as "API access denied," you'll need to contact your supplier directly. API access, credentials, whitelisting, and endpoint permissions are all controlled by the supplier.

When contacting your supplier, provide the following:

  • Your API credentials (token, key, username/password) for verification
  • The IP address that must be whitelisted: 52.20.189.51
  • The exact error message you are receiving
  • A request to confirm whether any API settings, credentials, or firewall rules were changed
  • A request to confirm that your API endpoints are enabled and accessible

Once the supplier resolves the access issue, test the API connection again. If the API works outside Stock Sync but still errors inside, contact Stock Sync support with the updated details.
