How do I enable the Out of Stock Strategy for my product feed?

To enable the Out of Stock Strategy in your Update Product feed, follow these steps:

• Open your Update Product feed and go to Step 4 – Advanced Settings.
• Find the Out of Stock Strategy (OOS) option.
• Enable it, then choose one of the available modes:
– Set out of stock to ZERO Quantity (Current feed) – sets all unmatched items in this feed to 0.
– Previously synced by Stock Sync – sets to 0 only items that were previously updated by this feed.
• If your store has multiple suppliers or mixed product sources, apply Store Product Filters (Step 3) so only the correct products are affected.

This ensures that any product missing from the supplier’s feed is automatically set to zero to prevent overselling.
