- Select Criteria: Choose Profile ID (

34892). - Connect Action: Connect the Then / True branch to your Stock Sync action (such as Tag Not In Feed products).
- Save Changes: Click Apply changes and activate the workflow.
Condition Criteria | Operator | Example Value | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Equal to |
| Runs the flow action ONLY when feed profile 34892 completes. |
| Not equal to |
| Excludes feed profile 34892 and runs for all other profiles. |
Profile ID in the URL when editing a profile inside the Stock Sync app.
profileId condition prevents feed updates from one supplier from accidentally triggering tag or deletion actions on products from another supplier.Key Rules & Technical Details
- Beta Feature Status: Both the Stock Sync trigger (
Profile run completed) and actions (Tag Not In Feed products,Update Not In Feed products,Delete Not In Feed products) are currently in Beta. - Execution Condition: Workflows fire immediately after a specific Stock Sync profile ID completes its processing execution.
- App Control Setting: You can enable or disable workflow processing entirely from Profile → Shopify Flow inside Stock Sync settings.
- Variant Handling Rules: Actions target products at the parent product level only when all variants belonging to that product are absent from the imported feed file.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Issue: Partial variants missing but product is not tagged/deleted → Solution: Stock Sync actions only execute when 100% of a product's variants are missing from the feed file.
- Issue: Workflow runs on every feed instead of a specific one → Solution: Verify that you added the
profileId Equal to [Profile ID]condition directly between the trigger and action. - Issue: Workflows are active in Shopify Flow but not triggering → Solution: Check Profile → Shopify Flow in Stock Sync to ensure the toggle is set to Enabled.
