How to Transfer Stock Sync Credits Between Shopify Stores
You can transfer your remaining Stock Sync credits from one Shopify store to another. This process must be completed by the support team, as credits cannot be moved manually from within the app.
How Credit Transfers Work
- Credits can be transferred between any two Shopify stores under your ownership.
- You may transfer all or part of the credits from one store to another.
- Credits remain Stock Sync credits and cannot be converted into cash.
- Credits from other SyncX apps (such as Easy Fulfill Tracking) are not transferable.
What Information You Need to Provide
To request a credit transfer, contact support and include:
- The Shopify URL of the store sending credits.
- The Shopify URL of the store receiving credits.
- The number of credits you want transferred.
- (Optional) Your public token if support requests it for verification.
How to Request a Transfer
- Send a message to Stock Sync support with the required store URLs.
- Confirm the number of credits to move.
- Support will verify the stores and process the transfer.
- Once complete, support will notify you to confirm the updated balances.
Notes
- You may uninstall Stock Sync from stores after credits are transferred.
- Credits from multiple stores can be merged into a single destination store.
- Development stores are supported for transfers.
- Support may request additional verification such as a public token or confirmation of the correct Shopify URL if there is any ambiguity about which store is sending or receiving credits.
- After a transfer is completed, you should double‑check the credit balances in both stores to confirm everything processed correctly.
