I keep getting the error: "Option values provided for 1 unknown option(s)"

The reason why some products cannot updated is because some products didn't have the value for the variant option 1.

This error occurs when variant option 1 is empty and variant option 2 has a value.

Reason

• The reason why some product cannot updated is because of some products didn't have the value for the variant option 1.

Solution

• To resolve this issue, you should switch the mapping column from option 2 to option 1.
