Downloadable video is not supported in Shopify. The video needs to be hosted on Youtube or Vimeo.


There are a few settings for this field which are:

1. Only add video links if product has no video link & Skip existing video links and import new video links (✔️ Update)

By default, it will only add video links if the product has no video link. If selected the second option, it will import new instead of the existing video links.

2. Video Links Alt Column Mapping

If Stock Sync could not load or find the Video Links that have been specified in the product video links column mapping. Map the Video Links Alt to display text as a replacement.

3. Video Links column Separator

To specify if the video field uses a different type of column separator. By default, it will use as auto selection.

4. URL Option

Unescape url will decode the URL by replacing some characters. If enabled, it will decode the URL by replacing some characters.

For example: https%3A//www.utilities-online.info/ will change to https//www.utilities-online.info/ if enable it.

5. Skip update when feed value is blank (value zero is not blank)

When enable this option, it will skip the update when the feed value its blank. By default its enable the option.

For example: To skip the update for products with feed value blank can enable this option.
