Unable to manually change the update schedule for an email-based stock feed in Stock Sync.


Explanation:

  • Email-based feeds do not run on a custom or manual schedule.
  • The processing time is automatically controlled by the subscription plan’s sync frequency.


How email feed scheduling works:

  • Email feeds are triggered automatically based on the plan’s allowed sync interval.
  • For example, a plan that runs every 8 hours will process feeds 3 times per day.
  • Incoming emails are placed in a queue and will run during the next available sync window.
  • The exact timing cannot be adjusted manually.


What can be checked:

  1. Open the email feed’s Activity Log to view the last run time and the next scheduled run.
  2. Review the subscription plan to confirm the sync frequency.
