You can automate supplier‑based inventory updates in several ways using Stock Sync. Supported data sources include URL‑based CSV files, Google Sheets, and other feed types that refresh on a schedule. Simply connect the supplier file and set your preferred automation frequency.

To manage availability conditions, you can create multiple Update feeds—for example, one feed to update all SKUs with stock greater than 0, and another feed to detect SKUs with 0 stock. The zero‑stock feed can be configured to apply a specific tag to products so your theme can display custom availability messages. This allows fully automated handling of supplier availability with no manual uploads needed.
