What is the difference between the Starter Plan and other subscription plans for Shopify?

The Starter Plan is designed for merchants with smaller catalogs or simple syncing needs. It supports up to 1,500 SKUs per feed and is suitable when you require a single feed or use real‑time cross‑store quantity sync. For the Shopify Real-Time Quantity Sync connection, any paid plan is required; the Starter Plan is typically suitable when you need one feed. For example, a store with approximately 200 products can use the Starter Plan when it needs one update feed. The plan’s per-feed SKU limit does not determine real-time usage based on the total catalog size: real-time updates are triggered by inventory quantity changes in the main store. Other plans, such as the Expert Plan, allow higher product limits, more feeds, and faster or more complex automation. Choose Starter when your feed and plan requirements remain within its limits; upgrade if you need more products in a regular feed, more feeds, or additional automation.

  • Up to 1 Update feed
  • Up to 500 products per feed
  • Sync frequency of every 12 hours
  • 500 free credits for importing new products
