What is the pricing for the subscription plans available for product synchronization?

Stock Sync subscription pricing depends on the number of Update Feeds you need, your total product/variant limit, and the automation frequency. Each supplier using a different source generally requires a separate Update Feed; supported connection types include SFTP, CSV, Google Sheets, and API. For Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms, subscriptions are separate, so each store or platform installation requires its own plan.

For catalogs larger than the listed plan limits, select a higher Expert tier. A catalog of approximately 150,000 products requires a plan whose product/variant allowance is at least 150,000; the exact tier and price depend on the number of variants, Update Feeds, and required sync frequency. Check the current options at https://www.syncx.com/pricing.

Stock Sync subscription pricing is separate from Add Product credits. The monthly plan covers updates to existing products, while credits are used only by Add Product feeds; 1 credit adds 1 product. Credits do not increase the subscription’s product/variant allowance.

Stock Sync offers monthly and annual billing. Annual plans are billed as a lump sum upfront and include the equivalent of one month free. For example, a configuration with 1 feed, a 5,000-product limit, and hourly updates costs $15/month when billed monthly, or $165/year when billed annually ($13.75/month equivalent). Hourly scheduling is available on the Expert Plan or higher. Starter and Expert plans are customizable.

Examples:

• $10/month: 1 Update Feed, 5,000 products, and 2 automated syncs per day.
• $31/month: 4 Update Feeds, 5,000 products, and 2 automated syncs per day.
• $56/month: 7 Update Feeds, 15,000 products, and a 12-hour sync interval.
• $61/month: 8 Update Feeds, 10,000 total products, and a 12-hour sync interval. If filters reduce the feeds below 5,000 products, a $59/month plan may apply.

Plans are based on the total products in the store, although Store Product Filters can narrow the products processed by each feed and reduce the processed variant count. Feed filters do not reduce billing. If a feed exceeds its product limit, the update is halted with a warning; notifications can be enabled. Unmatched SKUs can either be set to zero using the out-of-stock strategy or handled with an automatic clear-discontinued feed.

Add Product imports use separate credits: 1 credit adds 1 product, while variants under that product do not consume additional credits. Update Feeds do not use credits. Stock Sync does not provide order management.

Standardized pricing is used across merchants; ongoing commercial or partner discounts are not generally offered. A one-time complimentary month may be granted in specific cases, but it is not an ongoing discount. For multiple stores, each store requires its own installation and subscription; there is no standard discount for adding stores. Affiliate cashback may be available through the Affiliate Program.
