What is the whitelist IP address for standard connections?

The IP address to whitelist is 52.20.189.51.

Add this IP address in the firewall or security settings of the server hosting your feed or API. This is not configured inside Stock Sync or Shopify.

Common locations to whitelist the IP:

• Hosting panels such as cPanel or Plesk under Firewall or IP Allowlist

• FTP/SFTP servers via server firewall rules

• Cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud under security groups or firewall rules

• Self‑managed servers using system firewalls like ufw or iptables

Note: This IP is static and is the outbound IP used for all Stock Sync API and feed‑fetching connections. It is not your Shopify store’s IP.
