What product filter options are available for Stock Updates?

During a Stock Update, you can apply Store Product Filters to include or exclude specific products from being updated. Supported filters include:

• Tags, Vendor, Product Type, Product Title, Collection, Status, Published state, and Product Category.
• SKU-based filtering, including exact matches, partial matches, and wildcards (such as ABC* or ABC).
• Quantity-based filtering using the Available Quantity field.
• Options to include only variants that track inventory or variants with available quantity greater than or less than/equal to zero.
• Enabling the “Available Quantity > 0” filter ensures that only items with positive stock in the feed are updated. Variants with 0 quantity in the store will not be overwritten if the feed reports 0 or higher, helping prevent sold‑out items from becoming available again.
• Advanced settings allow enabling automatic publishing so archived products become active when they appear in the supplier feed.

These filters allow you to prevent certain store products from being affected by the stock update—for example, excluding manually added products, products with specific tags, or items you cannot sell.

Filter Logic:
• Matches = include products
• Doesn’t Match = exclude products

This means that placing a value inside “Doesn’t Match” will prevent products containing that value (e.g., tag, vendor) from being updated.
