What should I do if my emails are not being accepted by Stock Sync?

If your emails to Stock Sync are not being accepted or are bouncing, this usually happens for one of two reasons:

• The sender email was flagged as spam by the email security system handling Stock Sync’s inbound messages. In this case, you may see errors such as “550 Email is spammy.” When this occurs, contact your SMTP or email service provider to review the rejection details and ensure your outgoing emails meet their delivery requirements.

• Your sender address may need to be safelisted on Stock Sync’s side. Contact Stock Sync support with your sender email address and the Stock Sync forwarding address so the technical team can investigate and safelist it if necessary. Include the email provider sending the message, such as one.com.

The technical team may need to investigate and safelist the sender address. After you are notified that the issue is fixed, retry sending the email to the forwarding address. Once the issue is resolved, email forwarding and feed delivery should resume normally.
