• Check your field mapping. Missing or incorrect mappings can cause issues such as missing images, missing SKUs, or incomplete product data.
• Verify your image URLs. Some feeds require adding "https:" to relative paths before images can be imported.
• If only a few products appear in the preview or mapping screen, review your file settings or filters. Adjusting them often resolves the issue.
• For formatting issues such as missing line breaks in descriptions, the issue may originate from the supplier feed. In such cases, the technical team may need to apply a fix.
If issues persist after checking these points, contact support with your feed name, sample SKU, and feed link so they can review your configuration.
