What should I do if my product prices are incorrect after updating?

If your product prices appear incorrect after running a feed, check the following common causes:

• Verify that the price field is correctly mapped in your feed. If the wrong column is mapped (or mapped multiple times), prices may calculate incorrectly.

• Ensure the product exists in the latest supplier file. If the item is missing from the new file, Stock Sync cannot update it, and the price may remain outdated.

• Review any price rules (markup/markdown formulas). Repeated updates may multiply the price each run if the rules are applied incorrectly.

• Check for duplicate feeds updating price. When multiple feeds update the same field, the price may change unexpectedly.

• If you need to update only price and quantity, create a dedicated feed mapped only to those fields to prevent overwriting other product data.

Correct these issues and rerun the feed. If the problem persists, review the feed preview or logs to confirm which price value Stock Sync is applying.
