What should I do if my SKUs are showing duplicate prices on Shopify?

If your SKUs are showing incorrect or duplicate prices in Shopify after a feed update, the most common cause is that the product variants share duplicate SKUs. When duplicate SKUs exist, Shopify may display pricing from one variant while Stock Sync updates another, leading to mismatches.


To fix this, enable the option that allows Stock Sync to update products with duplicate SKUs. Once this setting is enabled, the app will correctly update all variants that share the same SKU, ensuring the prices shown on the storefront match your feed.


After turning on this setting, re‑run your feed and the prices should update correctly.
