What steps should I follow to fix product variants not syncing with my Shopify store?

If variants are not syncing to Shopify, check the following:


• Ensure the feed is set to Add New Products when adding new variants. Update feeds will ignore rows for products that do not already exist.
• Confirm every variant row contains all required fields, especially the Product Title, Variant Group, and option values. Blank titles or missing option values prevent variant creation.
• Verify each variant has a unique SKU or barcode that does not already exist in Shopify.
• If using Google Sheets, ensure stock-sync@appspot.gserviceaccount.com has Editor access.
• Check Activity Logs to see if specific rows were skipped due to formatting or validation errors.


Correcting missing required fields or feed settings typically resolves most variant‑sync issues.
