What subscription level do I need for multiple Update Feeds?

The number of Update Feeds you can use depends on your subscription plan. The Free Plan allows only 1 Update Feed. During a trial, the limit may be 3 Update Feeds and can sometimes be increased temporarily by support for testing. To use more feeds after reaching the limit, go to Account > Billing > Manage Plan, choose a plan or custom feed usage count that matches your needs, review the updated price, and complete the subscription payment. Plan changes are prorated rather than charging the full monthly amount again.

For example, one additional Update Feed on the Free Plan was quoted at $12 per month, providing 2 Update Feeds, a 1,000-product limit, and once-daily automated scheduling. Paid pricing depends on the selected feed count, product/variant limit, and sync frequency; check the pricing calculator for the current price.

Add Feeds do not count toward subscription limits—only Update Feeds do. Remove feeds are also not included in the Update Feed count, but Export feeds do count toward the feed limit.

The variant limit is measured against the total variants in your store, not the number of variants in the supplier file or per feed. Filters can reduce the variants included in an update. If one feed exceeds the variant limit, other feeds can still update.

If you are already on a high-tier or Enterprise plan and need more than its default limit, contact support with the number of Update Feeds required. Support may manually increase the limit, sometimes without changing the price. For example, an Enterprise XL plan was adjusted from 5 to 15 Update Feeds, and a custom plan was offered for 7 feeds at $37 per month. Custom pricing and eligibility depend on the account and requested limits.
