When I get an error as "Please check the settings"


After running the process, it's showing the error "Please check the settings" Please follow the steps below to avoid this error. 


Reason


  • This error is generic.


Solution


  • Please check the settings that set up in the Feed Manager (Step 1).
  • For API feeds, ensure the correct file format (for example JSON instead of XML or CSV) and verify that the parent node is set correctly, as incorrect format or parent node can cause this error.
