Why are my stock levels not updating automatically?
If your stock levels are not updating automatically, check whether your Real Time Quantity Sync (RTS) feed was activated before the stock changes occurred. RTS only updates inventory for changes made after the feed is activated. If stock was changed earlier, you may need to run a manual update or use a full update feed to align all quantities.
If automatic sync still does not work, verify that:
- The SKU exists and matches correctly between systems
- The feed connection is working and has no errors
- Your feed has enough credits (for Add feeds)
- The quantity field exists in the source feed (blank values may require a rule)
For persistent issues, provide a sample SKU and expected quantity so support can investigate further.
