Why are some products not imported from my XML feed?
Products may fail to import even when your SKU and mapping are correct. The two most common reasons are:
• The product is not actually present in the supplier’s XML feed. Even if you expect it to be there, check the feed content or download the "Not in feed" file to confirm.
• The feed’s filters (such as "Skip product(s) with zero quantity") may exclude products. If an item has 0 stock in the XML feed and this filter is enabled, it will not be imported.
If a product is missing, verify that it exists in the XML feed and review your filter settings before re‑running the import.
• Also check if any ignore words are set in the Product Title smart settings. If a keyword in the supplier’s title matches an ignore word, the product title may be altered or skipped, which can affect matching and prevent the product from importing.
