Why are some products not updating because their product codes don’t match?
If some products are not updating even though they exist in your feed, the issue may be caused by mismatched product codes. In some cases, suppliers include leading zeros (for example, "02063" instead of "2063"). If the mapping does not account for this, Stock Sync will not match the product to your store.
To fix the issue, update your field mapping to include product codes with leading zeros, then run a test sync. Once the mapping matches the format used in the feed file, the affected products will update correctly.
