Why does my feed sometimes fail even though the file exists?
A feed may fail intermittently if the supplier is updating or overwriting the file while Stock Sync attempts to read it. Even though the file appears to be present when checked manually, it may not be fully written or may be temporarily unavailable during the sync attempt.
If this happens, check with your supplier to confirm when the file is being updated. Adjusting your feed schedule to run a few minutes after the supplier’s upload (for example, every 1:20 or 1:30 instead of hourly) can prevent these timing collisions.
