Why does my Import from URL feed not detect any data?
If a feed imported from a URL shows a successful connection test but no data is detected after processing, the issue is usually with the source file. Common causes include:
- The file URL blocks external access or requires IP whitelisting. Confirm with your supplier and whitelist the Stock Sync server IP: 52.20.189.51.
- The feed URL contains security layers such as CAPTCHA that prevent Stock Sync from downloading images or data.
- The URL provided is incorrect or not the actual feed file. Make sure to confirm the correct link with your supplier.
If you update the file source, run the feed again to detect fields properly.
