Why is my item ID not showing in the preview?

If your item ID or other identifiers do not appear in the preview, it is usually due to one of these issues:


• The supplier changed the file format or rearranged the columns, so the mapped fields no longer match. Check that the header row is correctly positioned and remap the fields if needed (you can also map by column index).

• The file type sent (CSV vs Excel) does not match the file type selected in the feed settings.

• Filters are blocking the items from appearing in the preview. Remove or adjust filters to confirm.

• The feed is receiving a different file than expected due to email routing issues. Ensure each feed has a unique routing address or subject.

• The product identifier used in the store (SKU, Barcode, etc.) does not match the identifier selected in the feed settings.


Fixing these points usually makes the item ID show correctly in the preview.
