Why store sync not working ?
The store sync may encounter issues for several reasons:
- Ensure each product or variant has a unique identifier, such as an SKU or barcode, and verify that it matches the identifier in the feed file or data source.
- During sync setup, map product identifier fields (e.g., SKU) to the store's identifier fields and verify the configuration to avoid mismatches.
- Confirm that the products exist in both the store and the feed or source data for the identifiers to update the sync.
- Check whether any store product filters (such as Vendor, Tags, or Product Type) are applied in the feed settings. If the filter excludes a product — for example, the vendor does not match — the product will not be updated.
- If you encounter an error, please copy the message and search on our help center.
- If the feed is not updating without showing errors, check the source file structure. For example, ensure the header starts on the correct row and adjust the "Skip Row" setting if needed.
- If the file loads but syncing stops or updates incorrectly, verify the source file can be accessed and loaded correctly in Step 1. Fix any source errors before re-running.
- If the connection was working and suddenly stopped, try disabling Auto File Setting in the File Settings and re-test the feed.

- If the feed is not updating, check whether the last run was a Preview Sync. Preview Sync only displays expected changes and does not update any data. Run the feed using Start Process to apply updates.
- Review the feed logs for specific errors such as "feed_file_is_empty" or "Feed not found. Check the URL or feed availability." These errors indicate that Stock Sync cannot retrieve the file from the source, and the file or URL should be checked.
- If using features such as AI descriptions, be aware that processing may delay updates.

- If the feed shows 0 items processed, check whether filters in the feed settings are excluding all products.
- If the feed appears stuck at 0/x, it may be waiting in a high‑traffic queue and will resume automatically once other feeds complete.
- If the feed has been created but not run yet, manually run it to begin importing products.
- If new products are not added, confirm that the SKUs in the feed do not already exist in your store and that the Add feed type is used.
- If variants are not updating or appear unmatched, ensure the SKU mapping is correct and that SKUs match exactly between store and feed.
- If your feed shows 0 matches even though the source file exists, verify that the file path (FTP) is correct. A small change in the directory or filename often causes the feed to return no results.
- If products are not updating to 0, provide a sample SKU for testing. This allows verification that the expected value exists in the feed and is mapped correctly.
- When a feed appears not to run, check the Activity Log to confirm the last update time and the number of variants processed. This helps determine if the feed is running successfully, even when the UI appears empty.
