Can I get a refund for my credits?
- The answer is YES . If the credits are not used.
- If the credits have been used to add products, then simply the UNDO the add product.

- Once the process has been UNDONE, the used credits will be returned back to you. When the credits revert back, you can reuse them to add or remove products.
- If there is a problem with reverting, you can reach out to support to request a refund.
- For unused credits, a refund can be issued directly. If the purchase is past Shopify's refund window, support may need to contact Shopify Support to process the refund.
