How can I update quantity/inventory for size variants that share the same SKU in my feed?
To resolve the issue with your product variants not being distinguished correctly, you need to ensure that you select the Product Identifier which with SKU + Option 1.
This way same SKUs with different variants can be identified individually.
Note: If your feed provides identical SKUs for different variants (for example, same SKU for different colors), Stock Sync cannot differentiate them unless you map a unique field such as Colour, Size, or another option into the Product Identifier (e.g. SKU + Option). If no unique value exists in the feed, variants cannot be matched or updated correctly.
In cases where variants share the same SKU but differ by Size or other option values, Stock Sync can also use SKU + Option2 as the identifier. Each variant must appear as a separate row in the feed with the option value included so quantities can be updated independently.
